Rooted in my philosophy of LOVE Your Community, the creativity retreat is an invitation to step away from the everyday and take time to reconnect with your purpose allowing you the space to imagine new possibilities for change.
You will have the opportunity to explore leadership styles and activities to reveal how you observe the needs and impact of the work your organisations undertakes. You will also be encouraged gently to value your skills, resources and wisdom whilst also taking time to focus on the enterprising nature of your charitable activities.
Designed for trustees, leaders and change makers across the Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector, you will spend time with poets, artists, facilitators and fellow change-makers exploring the questions that matter most.

Following an initial consultation, we will co-create the retreat agenda any necessary pre-briefing to design a dynamic and effective away day for your organisation.
